Is Mac not booting? Running slow? Let us evaluate your system to show the actual state of your Mac. We’ll test your Mac’s hardware, software, security, and performance. These tests often take hours or even days, and many Mac repair options skip these essential steps. Even Apple, due to the time limits of Genius Bar appointments, often performs limited testing, which can lead to inconclusive results. Call or visit us today to get immediate help with your Mac.
We can assist if you are struggling with macOS or any other software. Our technicians have a comprehensive knowledge of the applications you use on your Mac, including Mac Mail, Office, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, and more! I need help moving from older versions of apps like Staff, Quickbooks, and Final Cut Pro. Give us a call or stop by today.
Unlike many repair shops, we prioritize data protection and recovery immensely. We provide complete data recovery services for all Mac storage media, including hard drives, RAIDs, removable media, and external USB / FireWire drives.
We can often repair broken Macbook displays faster and cheaper than Apple’s all-repair strategy. We’ll always provide honest recommendations and guarantee our parts and labor. Call or drop by with your Mac for a screen replacement estimate.
Time is of the Spirit! If you have spilled anything on your Mac, turn it off immediately and bring it in. The sooner we get to work, the better the success rate. Once checked in, we’ll take the time to estimate your machine, provide a detailed analysis and assessment of the damage, and honestly outline all the available options. Our Liquid Spill Evaluation service includes a complete disassembly with cleaning using special techniques, equipment, and chemicals. This thorough cleaning and repair attempt has high levels of success. However, with any liquid spill system, it is a case-by-case situation.
We can help make your Mac look and feel like new, even after damage from drops, spots, or other accidents. Physical damage can affect the functionality and the maquillage of your Mac. We’ve helped clients whose Macs were damaged in shipping, fallen off the bed, left on top of a car, and more. We’ll help guide you through the process and outline your base repair options vs. cosmetic issues, giving you the choice of how best to invest in any repairs.

RAM / Memory Upgrades
Most older Macs in use today ship between 2GB to 4GB of RAM, and late model Macs ship with 4GB – 8 GB. Pre-2012 systems can all support significant RAM upgrades. However, much newer Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, Macbook, and iMac models cannot be upgraded after purchase. If buying new, we recommend at least 8GB of ram, preferably 16GB.
Hard Drives (HDD) & Solid State Drives (SSD)
Performance junkies and data hoarders can delight, as it’s now possible to upgrade to much more extensive and faster drives, even in brand-new macs! Up to 8TB of data storage or up to 90% faster performance is available. Applicable drive size/type/speed can vary and is often model specific, so get in touch with us today to learn about your upgrade options.
Multi-Drive Combos (HDD + SSD)
For many pre-2012 iMacs and MacBook Pros, we can remove the CD/DVD drive and replace it with a secondary or solid-state drive by utilizing the space within the optical drive bay. This provides all the benefits of SSD drives with the large capacity of a standard HDD, giving you the best of both worlds.
Operating System (OSX) Upgrades
We can help update your Mac operating system to a newer version, allowing you to use unique apps and devices, not to mention all the new features of the new operating system. This will enable you to take advantage of new features such as voice dictation, automatic data syncing with other Apple devices, improved speed, better security, and more.
